This isn't a cure all for chronic pain, with nerve issues. It's just a tool in my arsenal. It will on occasions helps me relax just enough to fall sleep... sometimes! We are living in modern times, supposedly free but, somehow adults are treated like kids by governments & pHarma...u. Chronic pain suffers are treated very poorly, looked down upon & denied very simple meds that would help untold millions of people to live a better productive & more comfortable life. A life without mind numbing pain but, I guess. That a life without pain is too much to ask for after working manual labor for 40+ years or, by accidents that have torn bodies apart. Just because somewhere, somebody with nothing to do is foolish enough that they might abuse what others need to live, stand, walk & be able to smile once in awhile without pain. Laws, rules, tyranny over what matters most to people must end. You cannot allow millions law-abiding to suffer for a few that will find another way to harm themselves just for fun!

Over the last few months, I've been having sleep issues. No problems falling asleep but when I wake up in the middle of the night, cannot fall back to sleep which has made for some very long days at work. After some research, found these passion flower pills can help. Unfortunately, they did not work for me and instead, left me feeling groggy and even more tired than when I would wake up too early naturally. My eyes felt heavy with a slight burning sensation, like being in a smoke filled room for several hours. After three groggy days and briefly falling asleep in my car during one of my breaks, I stopped taking them. I had anticipated the possibility of feeling groggy since some other reviews mentioned it. It seems reactions can be different depending on your own body so I can't really fault the product for how it made me feel, I just know it did not do what I had hoped. I will be seeking other methods to help with my sleep pattern.

Good to take for a good night sleep along with valerian root and chamomile . This is also calm your nerves and relaxes you. The passion flower tea as drinkable (?)...
