Just used on a trip to Hawaii, where I was travelling at least 12 hours on each leg. Worked great! Kept the items inside right at 32 degrees F the whole time, and no issues with TSA security.

This has been the best option we’ve ever used for long‑hour travel! We traveled for more than 24 hours, and when we arrived, the ice pack was just as cold as when we first packed it, and the medications stayed perfectly chilled. Fantastic product—highly recommended! But take in consideration that it ONLY fits, 2 pens max. ONLY 2.

The 4ALLFAMILY Nomad travel canister is perfect for my needs, a TSA-approved medicine cooler for my carry-on luggage. Easily holds a few vials of injectable meds. I conducted a test to make sure that it stays cold enough for international travel 18-24 hours. I froze the biogel insert and placed it on a table w no direct sunlight in a 70° F room. 24 hours later, the Internal temperature was 36° F. Perfect, highly recommended!

I purchased this to keep medications cool during international air travel flights, some of which are longer than 15 hours. Works great and is nice and slender. No issues with TSA, either - as long as the cooling block is frozen solid when it is taken through security.

For the last year or so, I’ve had to use a syringe for GLP1 medications. This means that when I travel, I need to find a way to keep my medication cold for the length of a flight. Domestically an ice pack suffices. But for a 12 hour international flight, or a multi week trip, it’s not going to cut it. This cylindrical case is about the size of an Arizona iced tea, and keeps your medication cold. But it is a bit bulky, making it more difficult to fit into your carry on. Does the job well, but you may want another option if you’re looking for something that fits into a backpack or purse.

The Nomad travel case cooler is excellent! I used it on a recent trip for my eye drops that needed to be refrigerated. No issues with TSA at the airports. One night in a hotel the refrigerator did not have a freezer, so I put the gelpack in the ice bucket, filled it with ice and put it in the refrigerator on the coldest setting. The gel pack was totally frozen in the morning and kept everything cold until the following evening (and could have gone much longer). I'm very impressed with the quality and durability of this. When I returned from the trip, I purchased the Rambler to use on a daily basis, and am beyond pleased with how it works, as well. This is a great product from a great company.

Used this item on two trips to Europe. Even after the reusable ice cartridge thawed out our medicine remained cold for a couple of days longer. Great purchase.

Zipper was smooth and effective, protected the medication perfectly, the fit was excellent, easy to carry and the size also was excellent. Happy to have found this travelling necessity item on Amazon.
