Helps With Sleep
It usually takes me 30-45 minutes every night to fall asleep no matter how exhausted I am. Since taking this 30 minutes before I lay down for the night, I am falling asleep within 10 minutes.

It really does work!
I take 1/2 teaspoon evey other night before bed. I felt the difference in 4 days! I am on seizure meds. I take one 100mg in the morning and 100mg at night before bed. It has been 2 months now and no problems with my seizure meds and CalMac. I love this product!
