Great stand and violin rest
I love this! Its well made and sturdy. I have no problem with assembly and the pouch to keep the stand in is nice as well.

Full assembly required
Slight disappointment when I saw the stand was completely apart and I had to assemble the entire thing, the poles are a tight fit and needed coaxing to go in even after loosening the screws . The top went together easily but isn't as solid as I expected, I wouldn't suggest putting a laptop on it as the image suggested. The violin hanger also came in several pieces and no clear instructions on how it should go on other then 'clip on and tighten'. The stand is much sturdier then the cheaper ones I have been using and it should hold my fiddle fine for short periods of time so I'm pleased with that. I wouldn't trust this for more expensive/ precious instruments though. I haven't tried the light yet but if it's like the others I've used it will be good.
