It Now Works
My first review was posted in April 2015. I have updated my postApril 2015: I took the recommended dose at 7:00 p.m. It is 12:30 a.m. and I am wide awake. So far, this product serves no purpose and I am disappointed. Additionally, this product has a very offensive odor and leaves a terrible aftertaste. If this product starts to work as advertised, I will update my review. Currently, I do not recommend this product.UPDATE: Oct. 23, 2015I tried this product again after six months of trying other products. It's working!! Instead of taking at bedtime, I take it with dinner. I am very sleepy by the time bedtime rolls around. I'm so glad I tried it again! Now I can sleep without prescription drugs or OTC meds that causes weight gain (Benadryl, ZZZZQuil).

NOT WORKING
After trying it many times I've found no help for sleep with this product. Just more waste of money sitting on my shelf.
