Incredibly helpful
This book is AMAZING. It takes complex topics and makes it so much easier to understand and the mnemonics make it so much easier to remember. It’s really helping me prepare for my PMHNP board exam and is pretty entertaining to read. Highly recommend!

Serious study material yet comedic
This book was well written, easy to read, and informative while studying for my PMHNP boards. It is also hilarious. While I was taking boards, I would think about some of the info in the book and chuckle, like the fat little bird when going over Olanzapine or that diarrhea being a common side effect of sertraline (aka "squirtaline'). The author was able to cram a lot of serious information in a fun way. There are many study guides out there full of dry information that is a chore to go over. Don't let the price fool you, this is a very good study guide and I probably learned more from reviewing this book than I did the other "purple" book. Good luck on your boards.

Best Book for Learning Psychopharmacology
I found Heldt’s Memorable Psychopharmacology to be an exceptionally valuable resource for deepening my understanding of psychiatric medications and their clinical application. What stood out most to me was how complex concepts were explained and broken down. This book helped me get an A in my psycho, pharmacology NP course. This book has become my psyc bible!

A Must Have for Anyone Studying Psychopharmacology
This was recommended by a professor and I am so glad I purchased it. It is well laid out, easy to understand, and has a TON of helpful acronyms and mnemonics. Would highly recommend to anyone studying psychopharmacology and looking for helpful ways to remember “all the things.”

Easily digestible and fun overview of psychopharmacology. Useful to start psych reg training.
Found it an excellent resource and made the concepts and drugs stick with the fun mnemonics.

I wasn't expecting much, this book was a nice surprise. I really enjoyed it, I think it is quite useful for beginners
