A Little Complicated, But Terrific
***UPDATE: After almost a year of use, I like this machine more and more. No, I wouldn’t sell it back now, for the original purchase price. If you offered me twice the original price, I would just get another, and a lot of coffee to brew in it.*** —- First, this was marked, “Used - Like New.” It had all the parts and manuals, the plastic was still on the screen, and it had obviously never been used. Very pleased. Second, this takes a little getting used to, but it’s worth it, and the coffee and espresso are really good. (I’m no expert.) I would suggest watching lots of YouTube videos, specifically about the Dinamica Plus, especially from DeLonghi and from Tom’s Coffee Corner.. I would suggest starting with a freshly-roasted medium roast coffee. I tried a nice light-roast to begin with, and it was not as good to start with as a medium roast. There is a hot water option that is great for making tea. Cleaning is simple, and's the machine will remind you. The machine and the color screen are attractive, which is a plus if it lives in your counter. Third, the Connected version incorporates a Bluetooth-connected app. It adds a lot of functionality to the machine, including the ability to customize drinks and User profiles. The app itself is good, not great, but I would certainly opt for the Connected version again, if I were buying it again. There are not many videos about the app, but a little effort will be worth it. The Bluetooth connection even allows you to wake up the machine from the next room and remotely start to brew a drink. That’s more fun than useful, but, hey, it’s fun. I needed to call DeLonghi tech support to get my iPhone connected to the machine, and they were pleasant to work with. My wife’s iPhone connected immediately. I’m a sucker for milk/coffee drinks, and the Dinamica makes nice frothed milk. Suggestion: if you are going to use chocolate syrup, try pouring it in the empty cup, and choosing Cappuccino Mix, which pours the espresso first. It can mix the syrup and the coffee flavors before the machine adds the foamed milk. Personal opinion: I prefer the Long to the Coffee; they’re very similar drinks, but the Long has a smoother coffee flavor. Summary: I am extremely pleased with this purchase. My wife looks at me like, “That’s nice, dear.”

Works great
This product is very sturdy. Works great. Takes some setting up but once it's set up you're good to go. Makes great coffee. Something to keep in mind when it comes to life of the machine and long term cost: the water softener is recommended for 2 month life span. The product comes with one to get you started. However after every use of the foamer you have to run a clean cycle and before it shuts off the machine runs a clean cycle. I also run a clean cycle if I will be long between uses so coffee doesn't dry and build up at the end of the spouts. The amount of water it uses isn't a lot however, that will effect the life of the softener since you'll have to add more water. I use Brita filtered water so it should help as well. All in all its a great, sturdy product. Easy to clean what needs to be cleaned. Does exactly what it's supposed to. A few extra bells a s whistles with Bluetooth connectivity and profile programming. I would recommend this product if youre willing to pay the peice tag. DeLonghi makes great products abs what sold me on this one is that it IS made in Italy. So I expect a higher standard of quality than products made in China.

Do Not Recommend – Great Coffee, Terrible Service
When it is working properly, this machine makes great coffee, and we have really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, in less than 4 years, ours developed a leak and the quality of the coffee started declining plus it’s messy. At this price point, I expected the machine to last longer. What is even more disappointing, though, is De’Longhi’s lack of service support. I contacted the company completely willing to pay for an out-of-warranty repair and ship the machine to their repair facility. Instead, I was told I should contact an outside authorized service center to see if they can help me but customer service refused to find out. We do not live near a service center which is why we wanted to take advantage on the ship for repair on their website. Willing to fully pay. I am not asking De’Longhi to repair a 3½-year-old machine for free. I simply want the ability to pay the manufacturer to service its own premium-priced product. Instead of helping arrange a repair, they told me I was on my own. If a company is going to sell appliances at this price point, there should be reasonable service and repair support behind them. I will not purchase another De’Longhi. When I replace this machine, I will be looking for a different premium brand to give my money to—one that provides better support after the sale. The durability and lack of manufacturer support make it impossible for me to recommend.

Like having a cyber barista at home
I've had the ECAM35075SI Dinamica for over 6 weeks now and absolutely love it. The setup and instructions were quite easy in my opinion. The drinks are delicious and as good as my local specialty coffee shop. I make mostly espresso/milk drinks - cappuccinos, macchiatos, and lattes, as well as the Truebrew iced coffee drink (a must in Arizona!). I make 2-4 drinks per day for my wife and me. The drinks are small - 8-9mg of coffee grounds per drink (which makes a 5oz macchiato/cappuccino or 10oz latte). This may be too small for people who are used to 12-18oz drinks, but these small-size drinks have 60-70mg of caffeine per drink so I can do up to thee drinks a day without overdoing the caffeine. Cleaning routine is easy, parts disassemble easily and are easy to clean. I use the water filter that came with the machine and got the first "descale" notice this morning (probably after ~100 drinks, numerous rinse cycles, and 6 weeks of continuous use). I have used Lavazza Super Crema med-light roast and Lavazza Top Class medium roast espresso beans and like them both. Also, I highly recommend double-wall glass espresso mugs (I got the JoyJolt on Amazon). The small size (5.4oz) is the absolute perfect size for the machine's cappuccinos and macchiatos. Being able to see the beautiful coffee-latte layers just like you see in the photos makes the presentation so nice. Get the larger 13.5oz size for lattes and long coffees. This machine has truly been one of my most favorite things I've ever gotten. I'm all about reducing consumerism, simplifying, and not acquiring more and more "stuff" - but I do not regret this purchase.

Amazing Seller & Communication
This seller went above and beyond in helping me with purchasing a coffee machine. I had so many questions, and she responded quickly every time. She was aware of my needs and handpicked a machine for me. It's EXACTLY what we were looking for. We've have it about a week, and couldn't be happier. Delivery was quick and the machine was carefully packed preventing any transport damage. Highly, highly recommend.

Poor Customer Service (Technical Support), Excellent Machine
I owned a Saeco Exprellia machine that cost $2000 new and used it for 7 years. This was my first super automatic. It worked flawlessly for five years and then began to need repairs. Finally I got frustrated enough to go after a new machine. After reading many reviews I decided to try the Phillips 3200 as it was $800 and had all the same features as more expensive machines. I kept it for three days and then returned it. It made decent coffee, but the ground coffee pucks came out like wet sand with a lot of water in the drip tray. Adjusting the grind setting had no effect so I decided to return it. I did not want to get a new machine and have trouble from day one. Then, I got the DeLonghi 37005TI. What a difference! It is much more substantial, works terrifically and is super easy to use. Although $700 more expensive than the Phillips 3200 it is well worth it. The Saeco machine is now labelled as Gagglia and has the same $2000 price tag. The DeLonghi runs circles around it. I can't think of anything bad to say about this machine. Update: Sometimes when I descale the machine it does not reset and still indicates it needs to be descaled. This happens every so often and is unpredictable. I am not sure if it is a glitch or if the machine senses it is not cleaned enough and needs to be cleaned again. Update: 7/31/24 - I have had trouble with the milk carafe being very difficult to remove and tried lubricating everything with silicone that did not work. So, I purchased a new carafe and had the same trouble with it. I hated to force the carafe off as I feared breaking something. So, I wrote to DeLonghi Customer Support and after several emails I have given up. I was never put in contact with a technician nor given one suggestion. Customer support was interested in the invoice, where I bought it and photos of the serial numbers. Now they want a video of the problem when I try to remove it. I know from past experience that a technician would never work this way and would offer some things to check, or lubricate, etc. I have given up. However, it is still an excellent machine and works great except for the carafe problem.

Convenience, Quality, & Ease of Use
After researching extensively which automated machine to go with the boil down to 2 to 3 decisions Two of them were specifically this brand and the third being Phillips after seeing that the quality was a bit better with De Longhi I said this is it. I’ve used the previous non touch screen version and was always amazed. I opted for the Milk reservoir system for the ease of use so that way I did not have to physically steam the milk, and could continue focusing on other things throughout my day, thus letting it do the work on its own. Very simple intuitive easy to use and maintain, I would suggest watching some YouTube clips and reading the instructions should you have questions? I tend to use filtered water in my system, one can purchase the filter that you would place inside the water reservoir if you prefer. You can customize your beverages from temperature to coffee strength as well. It also has a shoot for pre-ground being. Typically this is used for decaf, which has also been of benefit to me. It is a little on the costly side, after doing my calculations of how much coffee I consume on an annual basis. In addition to the convenience that this provides this is well worth the investment. Additionally, I can control this machine through the smart app via mu cellphone which is an awesome add on feature!

Works Great!
We've had two previous DeLonghi super espresso makers over the last 12 years or so. First one worked great for about 6 years and then gave an intermittent pressure warning. We purchased an Eletta model to replace it just in case it was about to fail. We gave the first maker to some friends with the warning that it might not work long. They are still using it 6 years later. The Eletta worked great preparing daily espressos and cappuccinos until recently when the water flow controller started acting up occasionally. We purchased a new Dinamica and put the Eletta into backup storage. The Dinamica is quieter, faster, and looks better. We prepare two Longs and two cappuccinos each morning. Fantastic! My only complaint would be that it can prepare all sorts of drinks, including cold brews, but little information on what exactly all these different drinks are can be found either in their instruction book or website. We are very pleased with the Dinamica and consider it an upgrade from the Eletta with a lower price.

Great Machine!
The Dynamica Plus super-automatic espresso machine is excellent, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Tip: I primarily make cappuccinos and have found it helpful to preheat my coffee mug with hot water in the microwave to ensure the drink stays hot. I upgraded from a J___ S8, and while I miss the steam wand, the espresso quality from the Dynamica Plus is impressive. The milk frothing mechanism is also highly effective and easy to use. One standout feature of the Dynamica Plus is the removable brew infuser, which makes cleaning much more convenient—a feature that wasn’t available with the J___. My only regret is not purchasing it during the recent sale when it was priced at $1,299.

Exceeded expectations
All you need is a little patience and this machine will satisfy your coffee cravings, easy to set up, just remember before turning it on take care of the water process, to get the ideal reading of the hardest or softness of your water, use the filter as directed. Fill to maximum so that for the first time to power your machine, it will heat and do an initial rinse. This power on of heating and rinsing happens every time you power it on and off. Select a bean that suits your taste, the strength of coffee can be adjusted, but keep in mind that the ground setting is paramount to experiment with. Trails and testing every morning is all the fun if you haven't done every sort of coffee available. I suggest double wall cups for different coffees. You'll find sets or individual pairs anywhere, deals here on Amazon are good value, and you may wish to add it to your cart as you order the machine. All in all, yes pricy, but to be honest it's the simplest and satisfying machine that my previous La Specialista manual coffee machine - both fantastic! DON'T FORGET TO REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT FOR ADDITIONAL YEAR WARRANTEE! E N J O Y - we are!!!
