Hi, Considering that my 13 year old female German Shepherd has done well with the 2 or 3 cubes that I have been giving her daily, I recommend giving your little Chihuahua a quarter cube. You can monitor how she responds to this amount after a week and adjust accordingly.

How long do they keep unrefrigerated?

you do not refrigerate these. Mine keep for at least 2 months. I'm sure they last longer especially in a Ziploc bag.

They do the job!

NaturVet Stool Ease Supplement for dogs has proven to be effective. Our dog occasionally had difficulty due to slight constipation. Stool Ease solved the problem. I crumble it on his dry dog food but it might be a treat for some dogs.
