It tastes good and I find it an effective solution to keeping vitamins and nutrients going in (even when my toddler hasn’t felt well). It’s pricy but honestly a worthwhile purchase for me.

Check the ingredients on this before giving your child this. This really is poison. For a healthy child who already eats a normal diet, this kind of product isn’t ideal because it’s highly processed, packed with refined sugars like maltodextrin that can spike blood sugar quickly, made with lower-quality oils instead of natural fats, and relies on synthetic vitamins rather than nutrients from real whole foods.
