Great Tonie for school age reluctant readers
While it would be great to have a kids voice reading this, the pace of the narration is perfect. I appreciate that it is mostly unabridged, save for some of the text in the illustrations. My son lost interest in his Toniebox about two years ago, and this got him using it again as a seven year old. I’ve been concerned about his lack of interest in reading and I was so excited to see him following along with the book (not included). Be aware, this book is better suited for upper elementary students, hence the 9+ recommendation. If you are familiar with the franchise, you’ll know if it is appropriate for your kid. I was a little taken off guard by the character’s mentions of “hot girls”. In short, I’m glad the Tonie brand is growing with my kid, and we are getting another chance to enjoy these stories together.

Not as pictured
Read the ad carefully. I went partially by picture and didn’t read fully. I thought it included the book as well but it doesn’t. The figure is an audio book and doesn’t include the physical book as well. My mistake but is misleading as it shows the book itself. Is a gift for great grandson so can’t tell you anything more.
