Wilton 2105-955 6-Cup Jumbo Muffin Pan, Model:WI2105-955

I have probably been eating sausage egg and cheese Egg Muffin sandwhiches from McDs more than I like to admit. In an effort to eat better and save money, I bought this muffin pan to make my own Egg-White Sandwhiches. I have made Egg-white sandwhiches using this pan about 5 times now and it has come out perfect and with effortless cleanup every time. The deep cups are very nice since I dont spill any contents while I transfer it to the oven. I am far from a decent cook, but this has been what I've been doing 1. Spray Pam in each of the cups 2. Fill about 1/4 to 1/2way with liquid egg whites depending on how thick you want 3. Add Fresh Spinach or other vegetables 4. Add a few sprinkles of Sea Salt to each one 5. Bake at 400F for 15mins 6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top while it is cooling off out of the oven Tastes great on toasted english muffins. Add a few slices of low-sodium ham / canadian bacon , and it has been a great alternative to getting fast-food sandwiches. I can't recommend this pan enough if you want to make egg sandiches :D

Like the king-sized muffin tin, I have yet to use this muffin tin for actual muffins. I use the jumbo sized tin for making breakfast biscuits. I've done it a couple different ways but my usual way goes something like this: Grease the muffin tin with Pam. Go all the way up the sides. Using ready to bake biscuits in the roll, cut one in half and form a disc with it in your palm. Carefully press the dough disc into the bottom of the tin, careful to not wipe the Pam off the sides of the tin. The dough needs to fit snuggly. Add your meat next. Pre-cooked sausage round or crumbles work well. Pre-cooked ham or bacon would too. Even chicken. Add either a whole egg or a scrambled egg on top of the sausage. Salt and pepper to taste Carefully add another dought disc to the top of the egg. Try to not let is sink into the egg yolk. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. It's a fantastic breakfast. You an even make pseudo omelets this way by adding peppers and mushrooms to the mix. Like with the king-sized pans, I wash this one in the dishwasher and remove it immediately upon completion to blow the water out the holes on each end between the cups. Keeps it from rusting.

I have used various other muffin tins and I thought I would try the Wilton brand for jumbo muffins as they are priced a bit cheaper than others. I was hesitant because lower price usually means lower quality and boy was I wrong! The Wilton muffin tin seems to bake more evenly than others and the muffins pop up nicely and bake all the way through without being mushy in the middle. I have been baking for years and the Wilton tins are just as good as the more expensive brands. Money is tight right now as the economy is not so great and that is why I went with the Wilton tins, to save a little money. Not only did Wilton save me money it also produced a great muffin. Also too, when it came time for clean up the pan cleaned up quickly without any scrubbing. Just basically cleaned them with warm soapy water and a sponge and they were clean.

Extra large muffins or cupcakes is a nice change from the regular size ones. This pan is excellent for making just that and is perfect!

I would have given this a 5 star rating, the only reason is the shipping time. It took 6 days to ship the item. I needed it when they said it would be here. Did not arrive when needed. However, the item is definitely jumbo size, just what I wanted. I look forward to using in the future.

This tray helps produce the perfect large, fluffy muffins, like the ones they sell in premium bakeries in those fancy paper cups. It's easy to clean, nonstick (I pour batter directly into the holes, which I spray with a very small amount of cooking oil, and have never had issues removing them), and they work well as baking molds in general.

Excellent quality like all Wilton products. Non stick makes cleanup a breeze. Even heating and no warping.

this pan i tacked onto an order, i figured i could make jumbo muffins lava cakes and rolls and once Amazon delivered it set in the cupboard waiting for me. today i made lava cakes and WOW. the recipe said to invert the pan right after taking out of the oven under a board or in my case larger lidded storage pan so i did. five of the cakes immediately fell perfectly formed and baked, not torn no parts of it sticking just like bakery quality right away. when i checked the sixth one was still there holding onto the sides and i just tapped it's bottom first and it right away followed in descent to join the others again is perfect shape. i couldnt BELIEVE it! before i threw it, i had a 12 regular muffin tin that would constantly stick so bad it would ruin anything i would try to make i had to use liners and THEN the thing STILL would stick on the tops and overcook the bottoms no matter how i tried to wtch them This was with little shortening on the paper towel trick over the cups per the recipe but i didnt have to loosen the sides or anything. i was imagining ruined lava cakes to be honest. but not with this excellent pan. now that i know this i'll be using it on everything. and the price is just affordable too. sad to think i spent more on the nightmare sticking pan than this. dont be like me, get this pan. get two just for one as backup!

Son muy grandes, yo los utilizo para hacer recetas saladas con huevo. Cumplieron mis expectativas, no se pegan nada. Los recomiendo

Habe bereits eine Form und habe nun endlich mein altes 12er Blech entsorgt, das nicht mal annährend so gut ist wie dieses hier. Eine sehr gute Beschichtung, sehr gut verarbeitet und vor allem eine sehr schöne Größe. Auch wenn man lieber kleinere Muffins backt, kein Problem, hier läuft nämlich dann überhaupt nichts über und sie sehen sehr schön aus. Kann ich zu 100 % empfehlen. Auch andere Backformen aus dem Hause Wilton sind um Längen besser als die handelsüblichen und der Preis wie ich finde ist auch mehr als angemessen. Gute Qualität zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

大きいサイズを探していたのでとっても良かったです。マフィンやパンなどたくさん作りたいです。

This is a very well made quality muffin tin. Excellent for making large muffins or Yorkshire puddings, although I'm sure other uses are possible. Even pies can be made using this. The tin itself is non-stick and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Although I have found hand washing in warm soapy water is all that is necessary. Very reasonably priced a recommended buy.

So hard to get a truly big sized muffin tray. Perfect sized large muffin.
