What is compatible with claw machine

I’m trying to send it back but even that doesn’t work. They refuse for me to be able to send it back and I’ve turned in so many complaints on them it’s not even funny. It’s sickening

Why does the claw not grab/close?

You have to program it. Took me a couple hours to figure it out.
