Can you use any card in the rfid sleeve?

Works with all the cards I use it for. Credit cards and driver's license. I will get some more for the family.

How many cards can one sleeve hold without bezels?

I use one sleeve per one card. Upon reading your question I tried squeezing a second card in. It fits tightly; so tightly that I would not recommend storing more than one card per sleeve on a regular basis. The sleeves do last quite a while though. I've yet to have one break. They are stronger than the paper/foil types.
