This pad is BIG!
This pad is about as big as a disposable pair of underwear and has no adhesive. However, I used it for my mom who has complete incontinence. Doesn’t work with regular panties but works VERY well for her in an adult “diaper” cover. She is almost chairbound but walks a little. She wore it overnight and had no leaks, she wore it to the doctors today and had no leaks! So far so great!

The best for plus size women
I had been so desperate trying to find a pad that fit my big rumpus! I’ve wasted alot of money before I found these. I love them. Night or day, either one you will definitely be protected. I have to admit though, when I pulled one out of the bag my chin hit the floor!! Yes they are huge but so is my butt!! It took a few times until I learned the best way to place them but once you find the best way for yourself you have a winner. The only thing I would change about them is to add some sticky strips in the front and back. This is only to help hold them still while you pull up your underwear. 🤣🤣🤣.

Overnight Blessing
Absolutely made a huge different in caring for my mother overnight! She woke up dry and without having to be changed in the middle of the night.

there is no tape to hold together, there is nothing like the picture, how can you sell these as what the picture is.they are big as a cow and no tape to hold these on. unless you can duct tape youself as you put these on they are not wearable,to me anyway.

Does a good job 1/2 price of the abena
1. No strip. 2.Does the job quite well! Buttttt! They are Huge! The pic is of it on my shower chair. It a bit of a learing curve to figure out to put on with out bunches in the pad. This was first time I used it. So Will update more later and they are cheaper the Abena size 11an thiner

Dry , Comfort and Good Quality
Excellent product for severe dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. I change my spouse every 4 to 6 hours. I use a good quality pull up and line them with one pad. Pull ups get changed as needed or 1 time a day with his bath. Rarely does need his outer clothing changed except with his daily bath. He said they are comfortable. This is the only product that works for him. It keeps him clean and dry.

NO ADHESIVE so must be worn with close-fitting underpants
These are wide enough to prevent side leaks but they are enormous and have NO ADHESIVE. (I didn't realize this when I ordered them and I recycled the carton so I can't return either package.) The pads are more like open diapers that have to be pressed against one's body before underpants are pulled up. (Perhaps that is easier to do when helping another person who is lying down, but it is tricky to manage this while standing up.) Once up, they tend to stay in place, but any use of the bathroom requires one to repeat the whole awkward process, which is especially difficult in the middle of the night. I bought these specifically because I wanted the extra width, but I'm not sure it is worth the trouble. The pads are probably super-absorbent and seem skin-friendly, but I may just donate everything to a food pantry that accepts hygiene products.
