Great little helper for the situation
Starting to have some minor issues and this cookbook gives me piece of mind. Recipes are easy to follow and tasty. Feeling less stress about the whole issue.

Learning a lot about cooking to help remove gluten and dairy from diet. This book has a lot of good information and recipes that are easy to make without exotic ingredients. Everything Iโve made so far has been delicious.

Amazing book and recipes
This book is everything I could have wanted. It has the meal plan, the shopping list, the information, and the recipes are delicious (except the mocha flax pancakes, I do not suggest that one). Iโve been trying so hard to find another book like this one since I love it so much. I have thyroid problems and am on medications for it and Iโm feeling so much less bloated and more energy after just a week following this meal plan closely. Make sure you count your calories, some of the days in this plan donโt give sufficient calories for the day so itโs important to incorporate healthy snacks too. Try this! You wonโt regret it.

Disappointing
Not completely useless, but not what I was expecting. Book is well made, attractively formatted, but the recipes are nothing I'd want to eat, much less prepare and clean up after. Someone with different taste may get better value from it than I will.

Great Recipes
I highly recommend this book for anyone experiencing thyroid issues. The recipes are easy and delicious. The side effects of Hashimoto's are lessened and I feel better when sticking to the book.

life changing
this book was teaching me so much about what foods I shouldn't be eating and provides examples for meal planning during the week. everything was super organized in the book making it super simple on which diet you wanted to follow. really helped me feel better overall cause now i know how to incorporate healthy foods into a delicious meal. highly recommend
