Really tasty ginger
Lovely ginger. Very nice texture and fiery ginger flavour. I just eat it as it is.

Delicious and not coated in excess sugar.
If you like the taste of ginger for a sweet snack, this is great. Perfect small to medium sized slices/morcels to let melt in your mouth. The best is that it doesn't have the excess crystal sugar coating most other ginger pieces have.

I love crystallised ginger and this product is just right. It’s shredded rather than cubed and the sugar is fine rather than granulated. It says it’s fiery on the packet and it is!

Fantastic fiery ginger
I discovered this ginger a few years ago and have used it in all types of fruit desserts. It goes well with apple, banana, oranges, pears and even plums, as well cakes. If there is too much sugar for your taste then wash it off.It has been unobtainable in my supermarket for months and when Amazon had it I bought 2 lots!
