Perfect size of 700ml of protein water or shake.
Happy with these shaker bottles for my 700ml of protein water. Just make sure the flick lid is secured tightly before you shake it up. The agitator metal ball works perfectly. I don't leave it in the liquid. I haven't tested if it's leak-proof as they stay in my fridge at home.

Anytime I need a new bottle, I order from this brand! They snap shut on the lid tight so can toss in a gym bag and it won't leak or open. Great size and lots of colors. Have been ordering from this brand for 10 years, and is the best shaker bottle brand by far that I've tried!
