This table works perfect in our smaller dining area. The color is exactly what was expected. Assembly was not too hard, took my husband and son about 1/2 hour working on it together. It is solid and sturdy. Our 6 chairs fit around the table fine. The wood grain is very nice.

I have two of these tables. One is perfect for using my cutting mat or sewing. My cutting mat is Sullivan's (grid lines = 32" x 56", plus edges of 1 1/2" on short sides and 1 3/4" on long sides), and fits to the edge of the table in depth; it covers almost the entire length except for 3/4" on one end. (Amazon sells this cutting mat.) It is difficult to find a sturdy table that can fit this size cutting mat! There is plenty of space under the table to fit four plastic storage bins with fabric. And I have a five drawer mobile cabinet that fits under as well. The Topsky's cabinet holds my sewing notions: needles, trims, buttons, scissors, etc. (Amazon sells this Topsky's cabinet.) I also use this table with the cutting mat for my cardstock hobby and doing posters. Because my kitchen is small I can also use this table as a food preparation area when I do a lot of cooking. I love the mega tough surface! It is very scratch resistant. The table is a beautiful blend of different gray colors. The first of these tables that I purchased, I use for a desk and Bible study table. I prefer a table that has plenty of room for all my books and papers and this table is just perfect for that.

I love this table. Its sturdy, easy to put together and looks so nice. It did run late and when I went to Amazon to get a promotional credit, the person on chat, wouldn't give it to me because he said it was originally supposed to be delivered on the 24th but then we changed it to the 26th. I said, exactly, it didn't arrive on time. He refused to help me.

If I could return this item, I would have. The reason I didn't return it is because it's too heavy and I didn't have help to get it out of my house to return it in a timely manner. So! The story goes, the legs of the table came in boxes. Those boxes were attached to the back of the table (under the table) with thick strings. In order to get those boxes, I had to cut the strings because it's impossible to pull them loose. So after I cut the strings to get the boxes, this is what I'm left with... Please look at the attached photo. So underneath the table are just strings hanging. I tried my hardest to pull them off, but it's impossible. So, I had to cut them off, which then left the table with staples everywhere and parts of the strings couldn't come off because they are underneath the staples. It just looks bad. Furthermore, the table came with some scuff marks that were not able to come off. I tried everything! I had planned on using this table without a tablecloth but due to all the scuff marks, I bought a tablecloth for it. Really disappointing on how this table was packaged and all the imperfections on the table. For the price, I expected better. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the table itself, is sturdy.

I love this table but there is a flaw in the finish that is noticeable in a certain light (I don’t mind it). And I did not like that they stapled the box of legs to the bottom of the table. It was really hard to get the staples out. Other than that, it’s a great solid table. I am happy with it.
