USB LED Strip Lights Kit, 4 Pre-Cut 1.64ft/6.56ft RGB with Remote

I used two packs of lights. Four strips per monitor. Just the one pack worked well but I wanted a more dramatic look. It was easy to install as well. The remote is self explanatory but it comes with instructions.

I'm changing my original rating to 5 stars because of the amazing customer service, I just received a replacement without even asking for one I would definitely recommend purchasing from this seller and will look forward to buying from them again. It's nice to see a seller who cares about their customers thank you so much. The lights look good used for the outside of my PC case. But the remote doesn't seem to work right or at least some of the colors don't match you press yellow and it displays green and it would be nice if with the flash option it actually would flash the color you have selected but it will always change the color to blue which I use orange to mage the color scheme of my PC. Also one of the lights on one of the strips is lit up green instead of orange like the rest of them lucky for me it was on the one I placed in the back so you can hardly tell unless you look close enough. And I also have an adhesive problem with one of the strips only one though it keeps coming off.

I'm an avid PC Gamer who's quite fond of LEDs. As such, the entire inside of my computer is loaded with LEDs, my mouse and even my mouse pad have LEDs, my keyboard has LEDs, and the underside of desk has LEDs. The only thing that didn't were my two monitors. Not anymore! I bought two of these kits to go on the back of my two monitors, and I have to say, they look fantastic. The glow that comes off the back of the monitors now adds such a nice touch to the ambiance of the room. It's perfect! These kits use 5050 LEDs, which means that each individual LED can display red, green and blue all at one time. This allows you to have white (although it's not a pure white), orange, yellow, purple, pink, etc; the full rainbow of colors! There are also a variety of different modes you can use via the remote such as fade, flash, etc. to have different styles depending on your mood and such. Once lit up, these LEDs are fairly bright, with a fully adjustable brightness. At maximum, when the lights in the room are dimmed or turned off, the glow that comes off of these strips is quite bright! The colors are surprisingly vibrant as well, and don't leave me craving more saturation. Installation is quite easy, to be honest. The kit comes with a variety of different connections to chain the strips together, although I didn't really use them aside from the default connections. Simply pick where you want to mount them, make sure you've allowed enough room for the USB cable to reach where it's being plugged into, then peel the adhesive backing and stick them on! Going around corners was a bit of a challenge, as these aren't as flexible as I'd like to see them be. That's a subjective con though, since not everyone will need to go around corners with these. When attaching these to the back of a TV or computer monitor, you're going to have trouble with corners for sure, just like I did. Because of how they sit on the back of a screen, going around a corner creates a small "bunch" that won't be able to stick to anything and lay flat because of the way you're bending it. It's not a huge deal though, as they still function. The adhesive backing on these does leave a little something to be desired though, honestly. It's certainly not the worst I've ever worked with, but there are areas of the strips that keep wanting to come unstuck. So far, none of them have fallen down off the back of the monitors, but it's worth mentioning. It's an easy fix if you have a problem though, as you can simply buy a roll of 3M or Scotch brand adhesive tape and apply it to the problem areas to get them to stick better. All in all, I'm happy with these! They do what I want them to do, and they do it fairly well to say the least. I definitely recommend these if you're looking to add LED lighting to the back of a TV or computer monitor. I'm sure there are a variety of other uses for these particular strips as well.

Lights up great and would buy again!

Received my new light,an Amazon Choice product,and out of the box they looked great. I Always make sure they work before installing them. First of all the adhesive stuck well. Places on the strip itself were separated from the adhesive strip,but pressing down firmly takes out the wrinkles and they stay down. That first day I was very impressed with these lights. Super bright, wide color selection, overall they looked great! They fit my 24 inch monitor perfectly. Then the next day I turn on the pc and the only colors I got were red,blue,and white. No green. Next blue bit the dust,then white leaving red,which lasted about another hour, now nothing. Made sure it was getting proper power supply, and then put a new battery in the remote,to no avail. After wait 3 days to hear from this dealer I decided that they had plenty of time to reply to my problem,so here is the review of your product. I really liked these lights,but not worth the money for one days use. I dont care how cheap they are. Also Amazon should be a little more careful about what they call" Amazon Choice. So buyer beware, you get what you pay for. Never again with this dealer and product. .

Holy heck, if you have a smart t.v., Current brand Lightning for your Aquariums including lower grade remote lighting, well I hope you enjoy turning them on and off with the remote control that comes with it. It even controls my outdoor lighting with the exact same style remote, but as far as turning it's own lighting on or off, forget about. You have to shut everything down in a 425sq.ft. room, then it works great, until you use your other remotes to turn your other remotely controlled devices in this vicinity, 🤣, hope you like strobe lighting in your Aquariums, and this unit as well. However, not cool when it engages with your Visio Smart T.V. and switches to chromecast and disconnects your Satellite Dish. That is not funny, and could cause security and privacy issues. I'm really, come on guys, you couldn't find or pick a different frequency? By the way, whatever device that this remote control can partially control, your Visio, Current LEDs, and other popular devices will effect the lights on this product. Only a problem because I have everything in my room, "your thinking", B.S. These led lights I professionally installed on 4 stacked display cases. Took it to the living, the remote control that came with this product will mess with Roku, and Dish Satellite service. The other remotes don't. But other than that, excellent value and lighting. Downside is that there is no manual on or off button on the receiver. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it's really slimlined and adhesive is better than 3m grade adhesive backing, that's to me is worth giving it 4 stars. 👍

Made my shelves come to life.

Very easy to use and cut to make a good fit for my project! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the adhesive on the back of the strips is. The lights are very bright and the remote works perfectly. Highly recommend for small projects!
