Hard stones
I had to buy a few of these cos they don't sell one. To make it worse, I was using this for working with fondant, n it has lots of hard stone like bits. For my luck I wasn't sofussed as it was gonna get covered by another layer, but it also left a lot if powder like resedue. So can't really use it on dark fondant unless u wet wash the fondant after which would make your satin mat cake glossy/ shiney. I had to use a tea strainer to sift the suger n break the lumps. I've got a few bags left n I don't think I would even use it for frosting cos I'd have to sift it all ,🙄
