Will the flow 8 work with beyerdynamic dt 770 pro studio headphones - 250 ohm?

I don’t see why not—unless this is a specialty item. Any pro headphone should work.

How is the headphone output on this mixer? I'd like decent quality and no white noise introduced on low/medium impedance headphones.

The headphone output quality is excellent! In fact, I record directly from it into my new Zoom F3 32-bit Field Recorder without any added noise or distortion!

Will this work as audio interface for xp laptop? are their drivers for xp?

No Ducking Capability as far as I'm aware although, I wouldn't rule it out in a future Firmware Update.
