If somebody RE-ORDERS the product for the OTHER doors in the house, you have a five-star rating. No complaints. The lock combos are easy. It's odd that I push the lever on the front door to the left to open, on the back it's the reverse. Other than that and the fact my neighbour and duplex-designated handyman had some issues worth curses in the install, the lock is worth the full five-star rating, I think the fourth one I have given out today in writing a series of reviews. Hmmm, wonder if I'm getting a LITTLE too easy to impress. Nope. No, this works as advertised. The price is right, the appearance is pleasing to the eye. Five stars since I didn't have to bother with the install. Otherwise it might have been a four.
