Based on the primarily positive Readers Comments, I purchased this Back Support Strap, and those reviews appear to be correct. Compared to 3 previous brands of such support straps I have used, the velcro on these sticks much better. However the website sizing is too small. I have a waist size of 42", but I could not get the primary waist strap on a Large size back support to stretch to overlap and thereby attach without really sucking in my stomach. For an XL size support, I was easily able to get it to stretch so that 1/2 of the main strap velcro hooks overlapped the loops on the other side. But the velcro attachment was indeed strong. I ended up getting a 2XL size back support and returning the two smaller ones. The 7.5" high support strap feels good and seems to be higher than others I have used. Did notice the 4 plastic stays are all located near the center of the back rather than being spaced out more around the waist as was the case with the other three brands I have used in the past. Will update my review on this later when I have used this one for a while.

I bought this back support for my dad because he had back pain from unloading merchandise off the trucks in the store’s disposition area. Since using it, he said: “This is wonderful, you see?” He finds it easy to put on and says it really eases the pain—as long as you wear it tightly. He prefers to wear it over his clothes, because underneath it gets tangled with the belt and undershirt. Worn on the outside, it feels more comfortable and supportive. He’s very happy with this product. Highly recommended for physical work!

I wore this when I was laying down some mulch in my yard and I have to say I can't believe how inexpensive it was ergodyne usually makes very well made sometimes pricey products I was shocked how cheap this was it saved my back on my project highly recommend

Los tirantes son removibles. El soporte lumbar es muy bueno. Yo lo uso como soporte en la espalda ya que con la pandemia estoy en home office y paso todo el día sentado en la computadora

Perfecto relación calidad precio, se ajusta muy bien y es de buena calidad. Lo mejor es no trabajar mucho, pero si no queda más remedio ... Jejeje

These are great quality belts and when on sale for $12 they are a phenomenal bargain. They compare to belts sold for sixty dollars in my area. For web sales, a sizing chart is required. Sizing is as noted by others who have posted. My waist is 32 - I went with a large based on my experience with other brand belts and it fits/works, but medium would have been better. The only downside to these belts is that the cinch straps are too elastic (soft pull). I have had two other brand belts and the pull on the cinch straps is much softer on this one. I basically have to pull the straps right to the middle if I want a tight fit. That said, the quality of the product is outstanding - the best I've seen by far. Note to the manufacturer - the problem with all these types of belts is that the velcro wears out over time. The quality of this belt far exceeds the life expectancy of the velcro (at first inspection). I bought a cheap thirty dollar belt two years ago that has done the job well, but the velcro is now shot. The rest of the belt is nowhere near the quality of this belt and shows no sign of failing. My first belt was a high quality one and the rest of the belt also far outlived the velcro. I expect I'll be adding buckles to one of these down the road because the belt is really well made.
