5 star vitamins
I started these vitamins a day ago. I have been taking another name brand for years. I already feel much better and my mind is sharper I have noticed a huge difference in the way I feel! Don’t forget to take them everyday
I have nothing to complain about these centrum silver multivitamins. I’ve been taking them for about twenty years now and still give me energy and I’m pretty much healthy at the age of 75

Highly Recommend
This is what keeps an 87 year old woman going. I have taken these for years and swear by them. Expensive, but so is everything else. Highly recommend.

Good vitamin but no quite as stated
The supplemental facts do not match what was received. There is no potassium in these. Potassium is important for heart, blood, sugar transport and muscles. 2% is actually significant. If you take water pills (diuretics) have your potassium tested annually. As with everything too much or too little is bad. Potassium is an electrolyte — a mineral that carries an electric charge. That electric charge allows potassium to perform many jobs, including: Balancing fluid in the body, specifically making sure there is enough fluid inside your cells Helping muscles contract, including your heart muscle Protecting bone health as potassium reduces the amount of calcium lost when you urinate Preserving kidney function by helping prevent kidney stones Regulating the nervous system (the body’s communication network) by playing a vital role in the creation of nerve impulses Supporting heart health by helping regulate your heartbeat and lowering blood pressure (especially if you eat a high-sodium diet)

Womens Centrum Vitamins good for Women
According to my sister, she mentioned that her doctor recommended taking these vitamins because they provide the vitamins and minerals that we as women need. She mentioned that since taking these she has been feeling really good very energetic, she also mentioned that her hair has stopped falling off like before and has even grown more hair. I just bought these and have started taking them so I’m sure I will see improvement also my niece has been taking them for several years and she says they really help her she feels good.
