The toilet lid needed new screws. This went on super easy, fit perfectly.

Work better than plastic
Metal are always better than plastic. I have some rubber then rings I put under them. Never have problem withe them breaking. Can't beat the price and easy to assemble.

Everything is OK but I would prefer phillips to straight and the screw head could have been hex so I could use a hex wrench
