Keto Candy Gummies

I've been using it in my coffee everyday except for one and overall good, about two weeks in now. I think I'm halfway through my supply and I'm going to re-order here soon. I messed up when I first got it and didn't read the instructions (that's on me). That first two or three days with a full scoop let me tell you though, it was a Monday and I don't think I've ever been so productive. I also got a headache by the afternoon so I decided I should read the label again and right there it says to start with a half a scoop. I did and over a week worked up to a full scoop. I ended up finding that about 3/4 of a scoop seems to work best for me. For one at that level the powder fully dissolves in my coffee (8oz). That ends up either being my one and only cup for the day or maybe I'll get a half a cup right after if I didn't get a lot of sleep. But I think that's my biggest take away. I don't have to drink as much coffee to get through the day. I add it to my first cup and it gets me through but I don't get that highly caffeinated feeling. I'm not sure how to put it but it does seem to improve my concentration/ focus, just feel like I'm a little better than normal. Kicked up a notch so to speak. Years ago when I first heard about MCT I tried it and didn't notice the same effects and never really looked at it again, this is certainly more than just MCT. Now that I figured out where my scoop level is at I'm going to make this part of my morning routine. Oh and the taste is good but even better with a splash of almond milk.

I've used MCT oils before, usually in a liquid creamer or oil form, but never an MCT Oil Powder, so I was interested in giving this a shot. I usually find the flavor to be lacking in MCT oil products, but this was really good as a coffee creamer! For the record, I bought the Vanilla flavor. Now, this creamer is intended to keep things keto, which can be great for staying healthy and managing your weight. However, while this creamer is packed with good stuff, the best part - in my opinion - is the inclusion of L-Theanine. L-Theanine is an amino acid commonly found in tea leaves, and it helps provide a relaxed mental state (so it's why you feel so chill after having a nice cup of tea). I often need my morning caffeine boost and black tea isn't my usual morning go-to, so being able to have a nice cup of coffee - and keeping the alertness it provides while also being a relaxed and staving off the possible side-effects of jitters and irritability, is fantastic. So far, I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good tasting creamer without any sugar or junk in it, that'll promote being aware, alert, and relaxed.

Lacks list of ingredients, but does provide a nutritional list. I find having both of these lists are important to know exactly everything you are consuming. If you are planning to track this in an food tracking app, the barcode is not scannable and will need to be input manually. Overall, the vanilla flavor is great and I find that it dissolves well, however I do wish it was a smaller scoop. If you receive an offer for a FREE frother, please note that I received mine just today, which is exactly 3 months from the date of purchase (7/20/20) despite being told multiple times it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks each time I inquired about the delivery date. Packaging came crushed, but product seems to be intact. The frother is one speed (battery-operated) and that speed is only Super Fast. I'm thankful to have purchased a different frother in the meantime so that I: 1) had one to use 2) had 3 speeds 3) could charge it by usb But hey, this one was free so now I have one for cooking I suppose.

The first time I bought this a few months ago, I found it to be delicious with a soft, smooth, almost creamy texture. I loved that it satisfied my evening sugar craving better than if I had eaten any of my other keto safe candies. The second time I purchased it, they were harder and seemed stale the same way my first can became after I had it a few weeks. They are still delicious and helped with my cravings, so I ordered it again. The third time I bought this in June 2023 they have a different can size, a different calorie count on the label, it did not come with the kind of plastic seal, and they are a different color, a different shape and they taste different. Now intend of being pink gum drops, they are very firm orange squares that are rubbery and have the “fake sugar“ taste that I didn’t notice with the first two cans. I will not be ordering them again if this is a new recipe. All three cans say “new” on the label by the barcode. Anyone know what’s going on here? Their website and Facebook group are both sparse on information.

This product came in super fast, first win! I added one scoop (scoop included) to my favorite cup of Community Coffee. It blended easily and made the coffee taste like a delicious french vanilla latte. It adds a creamy depth to the coffee that was surprising and welcome. for only 60 calories and 3 carbs this is a wonderful coffee creamer alternative. It's Gluten Free, which is a big deal for us, as our household has a gluten intolerance issue. It's also keto and paleo friendly and sugar free (although you can't tell). I used it as a between meals boost to keep the fat burning away. Looking forward to many more uses and products from Wild Fuel. This is the second product I try from Wild Fuel, is also suggest giving their Vegan Omega-3 capsules a shot, they are great too.

I bought these after having tried them from a family member. They were amazing, tasted great, texture was soft and chewy and shaped like gumdrops. I put them on subscribe and save for about 6 months. Until June 2023, when I received a larger can than normal. After opening the can, I see that the shape, size, texture have all changed to this compressed, rubbery cube. They taste terrible and are no longer enjoyable. It was a shame because it was one of the few things that you can have on Keto that satisfy the want for something sweet. I cancelled the subscribe and save, and am no longer going to order this product. Company broke what was a piece of perfection.

I’ve been Keto for 2.5 years now & MCT powder in my coffee is a staple for me. I used to use a brand that came in bulk & was a great deal, but I realized they used corn. Even though it was technically matching the macros to Keto, I gave it up & it helped my weight loss. I wasn’t sure where to find another cost effective MCT powder I liked, so I did a lot of reading reviews & research on Amazon. I LOVE the flavor of this!! It’s a great price. Added bonus, it had mushrooms in it which is something I was trying to add to my diet. Also it has cocoa which I love! It also has Ashwaghanda! I add a small crack of pepper to my blender when I use this, because it helps the Ashwaghanda work. Very happy I found such a great product at a great price! I want to see if they have other flavors, because a plain or vanilla option would be nice. Maybe even a salted caramel?

Contains Maltitol as a main ingredient so be careful. It may be a Haribo Sugar Free Gummy Bears situation waiting to happen.
