The product description had failed to mention anything about a jailbreak being required, but when I tried it on and IOS device, it needed one. The image shown is a T3 model, but the controller we received was in fact T3+. Neither the packaging nor the manual had mentioned anything about jailbreaking. Upon further research, it was discovered this was a common issue with the product. The controller itself was decent quality, though I had no use for it in the end. If you have an iOS device and you're not interested in getting a jailbreak, then I do not recommend this controller.

It didn't work from the first time I opened the box and I try to make it work and pay for repair but nothing is working don't waste your money.

I am very disappointed in the Sinbad Gamepad. I need a bluetooth gamepad to play iOS Games, but this controller did not work. I paired it with a number of devices and while it did pair, it didn't do anything beyond that. I was never able to get any games to utilize the controller even though the apps were designed for such a purpose and worked with other controllers just fine. The weight is a little light but felt solid. The button layout was comfortable. It comes with a bracket to hold your phone to the gamepad for portable gaming. If the controller actually worked, the design and layout would be good for comfortable gaming.Update: vendor gave me refund, which I appreciate. Vendor also informed me that in order for device to work you had to jailbreak your iOS device. This is in violation of Apples TOS. I do not recommend this product or that approach to enabling the device. Buyer beware

Finally, a bluetooth controller that works! I previously bought another controller that unfortunately malfunctioned from the box so a few buttons did not work. However, this controller came fully functional and I loved it! It did exactly what it was supposed to do which for me was to connect to my computer, ipad, and android phone! I use it mostly to play on my emulator for old school nintendo and n64 games. It works wonderfully! It also comes with a holder for my cell phone which I liked. The instructions were so simple and easy. Unlike the other controller the charger for this was a usb rather than the standard micro usb but it does come with its own charger. Yes it is annoying to have yet another type of charging wire but its definitely better than using batteries. I like the way it feels on my hands. It is not too bulky and lightweight enough that it does not bother me after long game play. I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to use it. Thank you for my discount on this product. I really will use it from now on. I do not think I will need any more game controllers- this one really did the job! :D
