All Purpose Adhesive
I wear out the outside rear of the heels of my tennis shoes very quickly. Shoe Goo is easy to spread drys fast and lasts a long time. I estimate it increases my tennis shoe life by half.

I bought some of this stuff because my running shoes were wearing through to the foam backing. Some experimentation on how to use this product has produced some excellent results and I have confidence in walking directly on the cured compound. It continues to stand up to wear, even after running on concrete sidewalks. The adhesive itself has proven useful for sealing old boots against water leaks. I have also used it to repair items that need a flexible, but firm support, like the earbud cords where they flex at the plug, and bluetooth cables at the same spot. I'm sure I'll find more uses for it like this in the future. It comes out like a thick gel, and slowly relaxes into it's final shape. A little forethought and this can be shaped during this process. It does take a couple of days to cure for stressful conditions but it works extremely well. When I buy more, I may choose black instead of "clear". That would better blend with shoe soles.

Great for bonding kids tennis shoes and loose/torn seams on suitcases...but....
Great for bonding kids tennis shoes and loose/torn seams on suitcases...but does not spread or work well without getting "fuzzy" and highly-textured edges. Put it where you want it, and basically don't work it or move it around much! Dries overnight, execess trims with hobby knife blade. Use small piece of thin sandwich-type plastic bag under sealing cap to store...or it will dry out between uses!

Shoe Goo good
I was able to repair one pair of steel-toed boots and two pairs of sneakers that I've had sitting around for years. Plus a pair of boots for my sister. This stuff is really good and very easy to manage and use. I've used all sorts of Glues on shoes in the past but nothing compares to this shoe goo. I finally got my work boots back so I don't have to buy new ones, you can't beat that. I got 2 of the 3.7 fl oz tubes. Haven't had to open the second tube yet, you get a very good amount in these tubes. So far I'm really happy with this stuff, wish I had known about it years ago.

Best option to save those boots
This stuff is a miracle product. Every guy knows it takes a while to get a good pair of boots broke in. That’s the hard part. And then they start coming apart from wearing them everyday, it’s quite devastating. Shoe repair shops are few and far between now a days. I’ve thrown away boots that I thought were irreparable and it felt like I was throwing away a part of the family. Then I found shoe goo. Prep work is key to get a good hold. Take your time. And yes, it can be a little messy. I’ve used it on neoprene hunting boots the soles completely came off of. Still holding strong. Also on a couple pair of leather work boots. Go with the clear. Black gets way too messy. After a little dirt with the clear, you never know it’s there.

Works and Keeps on Working
I used this glue to reattach the soles of my "yard" shoes. These shoes are 15 years old and used in the muddy environs I normally protect my shoes from. I followed the directions and used a medium coating of glue and let the shoes set for three days. That was a month ago and they've been out in all kinds of weather since on a daily basis and are still going strong. The glue itself is easy to apply. You need some kind of applicator. I just used a heavy strip of cardboard. The container is made of thick foil and hasn't split. The glue has not dried up either. These are problems I've had with other glues. This is going to be my go to glue from now on.

Wonderful Stuff. . .Helps Me to Save Money Having Not to Buy New Shoes.
I have used this Shoe Goo for many years off and on, it has paid for it self again and again, it has saved me a lot of money since it is able to repair most shoes. What I am really surprised about is that the new shoes today break apart between the soul of the shoe and the upper portion where the foot fits; when I was growing-up, during the 60s, 70s, and 80s that never happened, the souls wore out before anything else, they were much better built. In the end, this Shoe Goo, has helped me to revive my dress shoes as well as my tennis shoes and work boots. Hurrah!

works for some shoes
I used this on some older but not used Nikes and others that the glue just loosened on. It does work but if you don't force the soles and upper shoe together it doesn't seem to last that long. when you spend good money on sport shoes and don't wear them for a while you will find the soles separating some times. Too bad they cant use a better quality of glue but then maybe its engineered that way so you'll buy more shoes.
