Must have for postpartum!! Helps so much in the healing process and easily used bring it in ur hospital bag

This little bottle is exactly what you need after birth! Very simple to use and is a MUST have tool whenever you need to use the bathroom, cannot recommend it enough, it needs to go in your hospital bag!! I would recommend using lukewarm water if you’re very sensitive with applying cold water down there, either way it helps!!

Helpful in postpartum recovery

Bought this following gynae surgery following recommendations on forums. It’s been a life safer! Cools and takes the sting away when passing ruins, also helps keep the wounds and stitches clean. I’ve used it with both cool and warm water and Maldon sea salt, it’s really soothing.

The product itself I think is an absolute must have postpartum-especially for that first wee after birth. However, I think this product, while good, is not as good as the Frida mum one. This is down to its flow rather than the way in which it is designed. Because in actual fact the spout never comes off-whereas the other brands version does. It is also cheaper, which counts in its favour. So, overall this is a very good product.

I bought this to put in my hospital bag as a precaution and I'm glad I did. Following a forceps delivery this has been a God send in helping to keep the downstairs area fresh and clean especially when you can't wipe properly due to stitches and pain. Good for use both after the toilet and in the shower. Would recommend for anyone expecting a normal birth

Cette douche intime s'est avérée être un vrai indispensable après mon accouchement. Elle m'a été ultra utile pendant la période du post-partum, et je continue même à m'en servir encore 1 mois après. Le format est très bien pensé : le jet reste doux et le bec se rétracte à l'intérieur, ce qui la rend super facile à prendre en main et très pratique à transporter en déplacement. Elle a également une bonne contenance, ce qui permet de faire plusieurs passages aux toilettes sans devoir la remplir systématiquement à chaque fois. Je la recommande à 100 % pour toutes les futures mamans.
