Not for head clearing!
This product is terrible. It lasted ok compared to other shower steamers but is full of synthetic fragrances and maybe a hint of mint. Did nothing to help my congestion. If you want a product for clearing your sinuses or head from a cold or flu, this is not it. Stick to Vicks or another natural steamer with essential oils.
