Great daily multivitamin
This multivitamin has been a nice addition to my routine I like that 😊it includes a lot of different vitamins and minerals in one supplement ☺️the capsules are a decent size but still easy enough to swallow 👌I mainly take it to help fill any gaps in my diet and it seems like good quality

It "stinks" but it doesn't stink
Off the bat it has a stinky smell and you can taste it later. Apart from that it seems to be helping since I had surgery (normal bms etc) and hasn't upset my stomach.

Good multivitamins
The great multivitamins has all the minerals and extra minerals you need and they are kind of big, but it is worth the price. I’ll take them every day two tablets a day.
