Say Hello To 10G!
Having not wanting to get somebody to terminate fibre with LC, I opted for pre-made patch cables. 30m lengths are enough for me to get around from my attic (datacentre) to locations in my house where I have 10G capable devices - computers with SFP+, and a couple of laptops via ThunderBolt enclosures housing Mellanox cards. There is nothing special about these patch cables - but there is nothing bad about them. They work flawlessly - it's all the same stuff everywhere so all about finding the most competitive pricing - and whilst I'd usually go to networking suppliers online, was surprised to find competitively priced patches on Amazon of all places - many thanks to FLYPROFiber for fulfilling!

Good for Fibre Channel

Perfect
Running this fibre between two switches, once upstairs in the loft and on behind the TV. Transmission rates are perfect and runs outside in trunking around the house with no problems with the corners. Strong enough to get through the hole in the wall but remember to keep the end clean!! A slight bit of dust and you will have problems.
