It looks great but it was a pain getting the water lines hooked up.

This is a very nice faucet and we really like that it uses regular normal aerators that are easy to get in just about flow rate you want.Great faucet for a slow running faucet replacement.My tankless hot water heater would not stay on if only my bathroom faucet was on. Now the hot water flows within a couple of minutes.

The left handle (for the hot water) turns too much and the water still drizzles out of the faucet.already installed in my new bathroom, so don't know if the product is defective, but would have to remove completely to return to seller. Seems like a a hassle. A little disappointed with the product.

Faucet is great. Easy to install and came with all the required parts, even the sink drain. There was an extra aerator for different flow rate which is a plus. Love the look of the faucet.

I purchased three faucets. Two faucets are broken. The first one, the cold water faucet spins 360 when it should stop when you turn off the faucet. On my second faucet, the hot water faucet doesn't stop even after you turn off the water. I tried calling Customer Service and it seems like it's a cell phone. There is no identifying message to indicate it's an actual business. I tried to leave a voice message, but the voice maip box was full. Buyer beware! I had a professional plumber install this so it's not because of faulty installation. The faucets arrived broken.
