Yes I have the same one on a Hyper Hyroform. Check your hubs to make sure it can fit a 10 speed cassette

Yes. I did mine with a 30T chainring

All cassettes, chains, and derailleurs should be compatible. You just have to have the shifter and derailleur match

Would this work on a rd-4700-gs shimano tiagra medium cage rear derailleur 10-speed? its a 2x drive train and my crank set is also tiagra 34-50t

The cassette is compatible with There a 10 but you're limited as to the max sprocket size if you have a medium cage derailleur. You can Google it to confirm but I think 36T is the limit for medium cages.
