Masonic Folding Pocket Knife - Square & Compass Shape Unique Freemason

I bought this knife for my son and the 1st thing he said is that it is "BADASS" he just loves it! Couldn't go wrong with this knife for a Mason!

I bought this knife because of the way it folds. The handle is pretty big in order to house the mechanism inside and the blade is sturdily held in place. I think the knife is for aesthetic purpose more than daily use. I feel that the gears that move the blade might become weak over time, but it can still work as a knife wonderfully. It's a really cool decorative knife and fits great in my collection. I am giving this knife a rating of 9/12 fish tacos.

Very interesting design, the opening and closing works very well. I was surprised at the size, this is a pretty big knife (mostly the handle). The entire handle ("compass") and the 2 letter "G" design parts are made from metal (aluminum?) and are well made. The closure clip at the bottom is plastic but works Ok. The inner blade covers (the "square") are stainless steel as is the blade. All in all surprisingly well made for a novelty piece in the price range. It will sit up in the partly open position as shown. It is a pretty interesting piece.

I had expected it to be a bit smaller so I would be able to carry it around in my pocket but as fait would have it, it is now a collectors piece on my shelf. It stands up perfectly on its own once unfolded into the square and compasses so as you can imagine, it looks pretty darn good sitting on your shelf! Will be recommending this product to brothers in my lodge!

Looks great and has a unique design but the quality is sub par and not stand up to repeated usage

We were doing a remodel of our social hall and several people put in a lot of time and effort. I wanted to reward them with something unique and special. I saw these on a Site that caters to Masons, and their appendant bodies, as well as Eastern star and other fraternal organizations. Before I bought, I checked Amazon and found a seller that offered the identical product for half the price. The item appears to be well made for what it is, and comes in a nice cardboard presentation box.It is exactly what it appears to be, a knife that is an integral part of a square and compasses.. Nice gift for a Mason.

Good quality, inexpensive, and exactly as described in the ad. This is precisely they type of product we all hope to receive when we order something online. This knife now lives on my mantle and looks great! ...and the handwritten thank you note from the distributor was a pleasant surprise. I've never gotten one before.

I bought this as a gift for my Dad who is a Mason and very much into anything associated with the organization. This knife is sturdy, built very solid and I love that it completely folds up. It is a little bigger than I thought and has more weight to it so I don't know if he will carry it in his pocket (since he always has a pocket knife on him). I do believe he will love it and will def. be showing it off, he'll probably keep it in his car.
