Truly works! Noticed a significant increase in daily energy after 1 month.
โI purchased the HPN NAD3 after doing quite a bit of research on NAD+ precursors, and I have been taking it consistently for over a month now as part of my daily health regimen. โThe results have been fantastic. The most noticeable change is my daily energy levelโI feel much more sustained energy throughout the day, and that afternoon slump is completely gone. My focus and mental clarity have also improved noticeably. โIt has integrated perfectly into my structured routine, and given how good I feel, I will definitely continue with this exact protocol long-term. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium, effective cellular health supplement!

I like the one that is 300 mg
I have only tried this and one other brand that was 333 mg. I like the one that is 300 mg. On the forums concerning niagen its really only recommended for 35 years plus and many don't notice differences until in their 50's, because their bodies are producing adquate sirts, ie sirt 1 3 6, etc. I'm 54 with arthritis, chronic fatigue and other issues and noticed immediate results in energy but also in arthritic pain and joint issues. And had moderate weight loss. Going to stick with this in the long run. Have my parents on this as well. Whether or not it induces longevity or whether it just gives quality of life, the B3's are very needed, and this is one of them. Niacin, Niacidamide and Niagen all use different pathways with the sirt activity. You can take all 3. However tend to get headaches on niacin. They all create the sirts or increase them.

Supplementation with NR (NAD precursor) may only benefit old and/or unhealthy folks; young people probably have plenty of NAD
I am a 65 year old female who has had cancer twice, and have been in remission from stage 4 metastatic cancer for 11 years, due in part I believe to a regimen of supplements including resveratrol, quercetin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, and many others. I also walk 3 miles per day, and have tried to avoid sugar and refined carbs for much of that time. Throughout the years I have been following anti-aging and anti-cancer research, as a curious layperson. I have explored writings and videos by David Sinclair of Harvard, Leonard Guarente of MIT, and others, leading me to the recent reports on the postulated benefits to humans of NAD precursor, Nicotinimide Riboside. Leonard Guarente himself takes it, according to his Elyseum website. I started taking the recommended dose in early February, 2015, and can report some positive results, although I believe the dosage level is critical and probably varies widely, depending on oneโs age and health status. My experience has been that the prescribed dose of 250 mg. is simply too much. It revved me up, but the rebound effect was very noticeable--exhaustion. A suitable analogy might be constantly gunning and red-lining oneโs old, inefficient engine. So I cut back to a half dose every other day. Much better. I still feel energetic--and optimistic--but am not completely exhausted hours later after the initial burst of energy has waned. It would certainly seem logical that younger, healthy, and/or athletic folks already have sufficient amounts of NAD, so they probably wouldn't notice much if any improvement from supplementation with NR. However, old folks have NAD deficiency as a result of aging, and probably see a much greater benefit from supplementation with NR. which increases NAD. I am guessing that most of the folks reporting little or no benefit from NR are either younger & healthy and have plenty of NAD; or, perhaps are taking far more than they need, producing some sort of negative hormesis-like response; or are not taking complementary doses of resveratrol, or other pterostilbenes, which operate in tandem with NAD as a substrate to influence anti-aging sirtuins. An update: I am now 68 and still taking NR from various makers, who add various components along with NR (all Niagen based) and at various dosages.. The 250 mg. dose is now my standard, however, and I no longer have the exhaustion effect. I don't know why, but it is gone and I am feeling great. I always take resveratrol daily, and many other supplements as noted above. I am also considering the other NAD precursor which is starting to become available, nicotinamide mononucleotide, but the price has got to come down significantly and some major advantage over NR demonstrated. Another possible effect from taking the 250 mg. NR dose is noteworthy: my fasting blood sugar is now running in the 60's and 70's regularly, but I do not feel bad. I have been doing a form of intermittent fasting for some time, but even when I have a regular meal, a few hours later my fasting glucose is back in the 60's & 70's. I test it daily. This may in fact serve as a long-term indicator of the continued efficacy of NR. I have never had fasting glucose levels this low, before taking 250 mg. of NR daily.

I Feel more energetic and better Sleep
I am 80+ years old, and suffer from loosing energy very easily during the day after getting up, and not getting enough sleep on daily basis. I have tried different types of supplements including NMN and other types of vitamin in nature until the time I found this NAD3 from Amazon. I felt the results after 2 weeks taking this supplements. At first My sleep gets better and better, faster and longer up to 6 - 7 hours compared to previously 2 - 3 hours. After getting up in the morning, I feel sharp in mind and get more interested in doing many things that I felt tired in doing in the previous time. Even better I feel more energetic during the whole day, doing different types of house works, like cooking, cleaning and washing. Thanks to NAD3 and I will recommend it to my friends.

Super Supplement?
I'm not sure if it was Niagen or PQQ or Astaxanthin or pterostilbene I was taking, or the combination of them, but mind you I went for a run one day. The first time in over 6 months. I literally ran and ran and ran and ran. I could not get tired. I could not. I even threw a few sprints in during my run, but I could not get tired at all. Not even close. It was the weirdest feeling in my life. Weirdest good feeling. I didn't feel edgy or over stimulated, only normal and the fact that my run of 4 plus miles didn't prove to do anything to me whereas normally 2 miles would have me huffing and puffing. I guess it was a good feeling and overall I feel pretty good on Niagen. I'm not really sure if it did much, but I think it did. I mean I couldn't get tired at all. I'm sure it was doing something. I haven't really gone for a run since nor have I been taking Niagen religiously so I can't say much more. I usually pop 250 mg when I start feeling crummy, I think it works to pick me back up. I'm scared to take more because I feel like I'm just swallowing dollar bills. I had taken it for a week straight before I went said run. Other than that run, I couldn't tell much difference...I slept just fine though during the day time I was extremely detail oriented and much more particular than normal, but I attribute that to PQQ (which is also a miracle supplement). Anyways, 4 stars because it cost a fortune. Comeon guys lower the price so the world can enjoy this supplement. I really believe David Sinclair is on to something and Niagen was one of his recent discoveries as well as pterostilbene. I'm reluctant to buy more due to the exorbitant price.
