5 Stars for Customer Service
I purchased my first Savor Folio here on Amazon, and like a couple others had some issues with the glue falling apart. I initially left a negative review, but decided after some time to reach out directly to the company through their website. Very happy I did, because the customer service was 10/10. The Savor team were so friendly and helpful. They sorted out the issues (bad batch of glue) and sent me a replacement right away! My new Folio is in perfect condition, and I am pleased to say, one month later, that the glue is holding strong. I also have a Baby Vault Keepsake box and love both. These are so convenient and useful!

Disappointed
I honestly didn't like this folder. I hardly fits anything. I couldn't even fit A4 sized papers. It just becomes unnecessarily bulky.

Holds everything!
Seen this product on Tiktok so decided to check it out. We highly recommend it! It not only has handy pre wrote labels for each folder, but it also holds everything important and if there's ever an emergency we can grab it quickly and get out. My only complaint/suggestion is that they don't have any blank labels to write something different on. It would be good to have as we had a few things we wanted to file that there was no label for.
