Cap is good and fitting is good, but for everyday use, the silicon material could be lighter and softer.

I have a small head and short hair but I'm barely able to get this on. However, it didn't cause the kind of discomfort I remember from the old swim caps. I got it hoping to keep my hair dry in a deep water aerobic class. It does not.
