Gaspari Nutrition Aminolast, Recovery and Endurance BCAA Superfuel, 2:1:1 Amino Acid Ratio, Fueled with Electrolytes (30 Servings, Lemon Ice)

This is probably the best tasting intra workout drink I have ever tasted. I've tried plenty of intras that tried way too hard on the flavor and ended up over-flavoring. This is the only flavor of Aminolast I have tried, but there are others that I suspect are also good. It gives you a little kick throughout your workout, though it has no stimulants. I do not do well with stimulants since I work out in the evenings. If I use products with caffeine late in the day, I usually can't go to sleep. I love that this product does not contain artificial colors. I have tried plenty of intras that were bright red or blue and frankly that is a little disturbing. I am using this product because I am trying to improve my health and well being. Why would I want to drink a bunch of dye? This drink has a pale yellow color to it and that is just fine. It goes well with the flavor of lemon ice. I drink this to stay hydrated through grueling CrossFit workouts. Each time I'm ready to lift a little heavier or start a new round, I take a swig and get a little extra push. I noticed that this product also contains magnesium, which I assume aids in muscle recovery. I think these guys did their homework on this product. I really enjoy it, especially during summer workouts with no A/C.

This stuff is awesome! Everything about it is really great. The first thing I noticed was the great taste. The Watermelon flavor is really good! As far as performance, this stuff works. Without it I would start cramping while running after about a mile (I'm not an avid runner by any means, by the way), but with Aminolast I was able to go for two with minimal cramping. During lifting, I noticed that my muscles didn't fatigue fast at all. I drink it before workouts because I take protein after every workout. Seriously guys and gals, do yourself a favor and get some of this stuff. You won't regret it! I don't think I'll be training without this stuff ever again!

Great stuff, i just used it yesterday with powdered ribose, and it packed a punch! Great workout, was able to lift weights effortlessly at times, gave me extra push on cardio also. It definitely improved my gym workout. I love this lemon and i will reorder in 2 weeks when i am out! I must say, mixing is tough, clumpy consistency for some people, but tastes great

Let's start with I have no idea what was in the bottle I ingested, but it wasn't Lemon Ice BCAA's. I've used this brand (was actually the first brand) for over five years so I know what the powder looks like should feel like and taste like. Whatever was in my recent bottle WAS NOT the normal BCAA's. The powder was a light orange color, not the usual white, so I thought maybe they put in the mango flavor by accident (another flavor I've purchased from Gaspari), but when I shook it up and tasted it ... IT WAS AWFUL. The taste is awful, my mouth is tingly and it came right back up, literally. I immediately emailed Amazon who was terrific and refunded stat and said they would investigate with the distributor. For HEALTH & SAFETY, pass on this brand. I'm dissappointed, but more seriously concerned with what I ingested since I have NO IDEA what the powder was. My lips and tounge are still numb.

Tastes great. However I drink this daily because it helps with muscle retention on days I miss the gym. I've tried a lot of different amino acids and Aminolast seems to work the best. About a month ago I altered my diet to where I'm consuming more slow burning foods like peanut butter, beef, fish throughout the day. Which I had done this in the past using creatine. This time while consuming the Aminolast I'm back to benching 250lbs. This is a record for me because in the past I had to take creatine in order to bench more than 250lbs. I Imagine that if I mixed this with creatine I would have a good combo. You just have to make sure your diet is in order and you should be set. Different food work for different people.

Lemon ice and peach raspberry are the best BCAA flavors gaspar seems to be one of the better BCAA’s price is moderate shipping was quick! Will buy once again!

Gaspari has continued to do well for me. I am highly satisfied with the product. The powder has great consistency when mixed and doesn't clump at all! The Lemon Ice flavor is great, you can't beat it. I usually get tired of the artificial flavors but somehow Gaspari has managed to do a solid here and create a fantastic product. 10/10, would recommend getting your BCAAs in here! The only thing is that I wish they would sell this in larger quantities- 30 servings goes by quick!

So I use myofusion daily as my go to protein and I have been reading about how this stacks well and its a great post workout drink etc etc. I decided to give it a shot since I've been using myofusion for years now and its one of the proteins that doesnt send me to the restroom. The powder to this stuff is like baking flour consistency. When I went to look for the scoop(as big as the bottle) The stuff drifted all over the place. Wearing black pants did not look good either as I did look like a junkie for a second...The bottle is about 5-6 inches tall at the most. The scoop doesn't make sense as when the bottle is new you have to cram it back in and this stuff spreads like flour remember? Now the taste is amazing. I got the lemon ice and it taste exactly like lemonade. It mixes well and it taste great. Now for the recovery. I can say I do not feel as sore as I usually do but I still feel sore. On chest days it barely budges any of that soreness or so. I have only taken it for 2 weeks(10 days) and only after workouts. All the other stuff that it claims to do I don't really feel it so.... For the cost its a hard call, give it a try if you like it you do, you don't you don't. For the cost there are a lot of other options for recovery.
