Tatcha: The Rice Polish. Daily Non-Abrasive Exfoliator

This is the most amazing skin product. It comes out as small white grains and when mixed with water becomes a mild, luxurious exfoliating cleanser. My skin feels amazing after I use it.

Tatcha’s Rice Polish had my face feeling so smooth I was convinced I’d been secretly sandblasted by skincare angels. One minute I’m a tired human, the next I’m a porcelain teacup from a royal collection. It gently exfoliates—so gently that I kept checking the mirror like, “Is this doing anything?” Then BAM. My skin went from “Florida humidity survivor” to “soft enough to star in a moisturizer commercial.”

I use this product for around 2 years. It last long because you don't need a lot of it, and it foams really good. It leaves my skin soft and clean :)

I am in my late 50s, have dry acne prone skin and am going through menopause. I use this product religiously and have for years. Gets my face squeaky clean, soft and smooths the texture all without drying my skin and without it aggravating my acne. A little goes a long way. I love it so much I have it on subscribe and save. I have this delivered every 5 months.

This exfoliator is very interesting in the way it works. It's like a grainy powder that you dissolve in water and it turns foamy. You then use it for 10-20 seconds, they specifically say 10-20 seconds in the directions. This makes me wonder what happens if you use it for a longer amount of time. lol. I've only used it accordingly, so I'm not sure. I am also not sure as to how this light liquid-y foam is supposed to exfoliate the skin, but I do enjoy the results. I've used it about 5 times and have noticed decent results. Right away after I wash it off I can tell my complexion is brighter and my skin smoother. I don't know how it does this, but it does it. It makes a great short term impression, but I'm going to wait out on the long term results, to see if it was worth the price. I have some faded acne scars that I'm working on, so we'll see how this does with that. The only other exfoliator I've used that has impressed me this much is the freemans charcoal and black sugar mask. That mask is on the opposite price range and has amazing results also, but that's if you don't mind sugar scrubs. Which is a total opposite of this soft foamy exfoliator. The downside to this product is the price. I mean, I looks as expensive as other brands at this price range, but we'll see if it is really worth it. The container is very smooth and pretty. The small purple thing-y protrudes out and is not a sticker, so that in itself tells me they must've put a pretty penny into the design of these containers. Even the lid looks expensive. lol. When you open it, the product is sealed with another plastic lid. There is a small opening under a sliding contraption thing that covers the hole. XD Great description, I know. lol. Although the powder can get stuck at and around the opening, it seems to be a good way to deliver the product without having to contaminate the whole thing or accidentally over pouring. The box it came it was very pretty, and the container was wrapped with a nice vellum like tissue paper with pretty art on it. I threw it away before I decided to take a picture for this review. lol. My only other complaint is the packaging. And this is totally a seller thing, but my product looked like it was opened already. That purple tape/strip thing that keeps the lid on was twisted like someone opened it already. Luckily there is another tape where the the little slider is on the inside and it didn't look like it was tampered with so I decided to keep it instead of return the product.

OMG! What a fabulous product! I’ve been looking for something that would provide phenomenal results and this is it! Anyone that is looking for a great product and for the results a great price this is it! After the very first use, my face feels completely soft and a totally different I’m only disappointed. I didn’t find this product earlier. If you’re looking for something that lives up to the results, this is it…👍🏻

Anything from tatcha is amazing! This stuff is no exception. This is a powder form and as you add water in becomes almost like a paste and it really exfoliates your skin! You get a really deep clean with this stuff compared to a normal cleanser.

I had this as a sample years ago and used it sparingly because I wanted it to last, but I never could justify the full-size price—until this recent Prime Day. I am so glad I finally treated myself! I originally tried this out as part of a sampler pack. I like it so much I ordered the full size. It feels like rubbing your face with a kittens fur ... it feels so unbelievably soft! Love, love, love it !

Everyone's skin is different but this burned my oily skin and caused deep cystic acne along my jaw line. I really wanted to love it and forced myself to try it out for a month but it's a no for me. If you have oily skin that breaks out easily and are subject to cystic acne, do not buy!
