Sturdy, works great even for a large monitor
This is a great stand. Sturdy. All metal and glass base with little rubber legs. It holds curved 32" Samsung display, no problem. The screan can be tilted up and down, left and right, and it can also twist, so you can set your screen in landscape or portate position. You can also readily detach the screen from the stand, because the mount has hooks that simply go into the holes on the stand. So you can really move it higher or lower at any time. There are clips on the back if the stand, which hold wires hidden from top to bottom. I really like this stand, it looks minimalictic and clean, and holds pretty heavy large display. I liked it that much that I bought another one just like this one from the same company, but for 2 displays where 1 dusplay sits over the other (not side by side). I really like that one too. It's exactly the same one but has more holes in the stand and 2 mounts, instead of one. It was very easy to put together, they included LOTS of different types of screws, so you will find ones that work for your display with no problem. The mount that screws to the display has mounting holes with different distances in between, so it can hold displays with 3 different mounting hole placements. I can't think of anything negative to say about this stand. It works really good for me and I would highly recommend this mount to anyone.

Used for 27" Apple Studio Monitor
I bought a 27" Apple Monitor with a VESA mount that weighs a little over 11 pounds. I have just had this a day but it is working fine and is very sturdy. The apple adjustable stand was over $400 so I got the VESA mount and matched it with this stand. Previously I unsuccessfully tried a desk mount arm but there was not sufficient space on the back of my desk and one that used a spring to counterbalance the monitor weight. Unfortunately the corner of my desk only had 3/4" and was slightly rounded so the arm didn't attach properly. The spring counterbalance was only rated for 9 lbs so the 11.5 Pound Apple monitor didn't work with that either. This is simple and practical, but the main post does extend about 5 inches above the screen.

Nearly perfect
This is a very high quality, low cost, external monitor stand. The glass base is a little bit of a mixed bag. I think the glass add some weight which helps with stability, and it certainly gives the stand some class. But as I move my stand around, because of the purpose it serves in our office, I'm always worried we're going to chip the glass. The one other complaint I would have is that I wish that they made it a whole lot easier to quickly and with one simple pole be able to switch the monitor from portrait mode or vertical mode, to landscape or horizontal mode. We do a lot of document drafting in our office, so that would be a nice feature. As this monitor is designed right now, you have to bust out a screwdriver and it's a little bit of an ordeal to be able to unlock the vertical horizontal feature. But I'm not complaining too much. Overall this is a very high quality stand and for low cost. It also has a very nice balance and does not lean forward like many other desktop stands we've tried.

Very stable
This thing is a monster of stability. I am using it for my 32" computer monitor, even though it is designed more for TVs. It is very sturdy and well made. Easy to put together. It is not at all prone to tipping. I keep my monitor on a rolling cart and move it around all day. Not a hint of movement or tipping. The lowest bracket for mounting your monitor or TV is pretty high. The lowest bracket is a few inches higher than my old stand. I decided to see if I'd adjust to the new height, especially paying attention to my neck. This is actually an improvement, my neck feels better. It is ergonomically ideal for me. Before ordering, I suggest measuring your current stand and compare to the dimensions given in the product description. Rotate and swivel are excellent and can be adjusted with just the push of a fingertip. The tilt must be adjusted with a screw and cannot easily be adjusted. You need to adjust it carefully, because it will stay that way until you unscrew it, adjust it and screw it tight again. Overall, very good product.

Good for 24" computer monitor horizontal mode
Amazon review 1/11/2022 for the Single Monitor Stand Freestanding 27-43 Inch Monitor Arm Curved Screen Monitor Mount Tempered Glass Base Adjustable Motion Tilt -15° to 10° Swivel ±45° Rotation 360° Weight Capacity 77lbs HT05B-003 This works fine with a 24" monitor, horizontal mode. Although a shorter version is available, I wanted the additional height. Sturdiness is good and assembly is easy. YMMV with respect to VESA mounting screws. A generous assortment is provided to accommodate different panels. Height adjustment is easy but requires unhooking the panel and hooking it into the appropriate slots on the pole. Therefore, I believe this mount is perfectly suitable for a single user, but not so much if two or more people of different heights are using frequently, or if a single user wants to change the height frequently. Height adjustment has a safety lock bolt which is easily removed. Tilt adjust does have a lock and works well. As others have mentioned, to consider if you want to use the rotation feature (I don't): - There's no way to lock the rotation function. It is a friction lock with no adjustment. The friction lock may also get worn over time if the panel is rotated frequently. - If the VESA mounting holes on your panel are not centered for equal weight distribution when the panel is vertical, then the friction lock is unlikely to be enough to keep the panel from rotating.

Great for 27" imac that needs to rotate to portrait mode!
I bought this to mount a 27" imac. The imac needs an adapter. The one I used is this one:VIVO Adapter VESA Mount Kit, Bracket Set for Apple 21.5 inch and 27 inch iMac, Late 2009 to 2020 Models, LED Display Computer, Stand-MACB The main reason for this set up is that I need to turn my imac to portrait mode and back to horizontal quickly and easily. It's sturdy and easy to assemble. If you are doing the 27" imac setup and need to turn 90 degrees, use the 6th and seventh set of notches from the top of the stand. One thing that helped keep it stable and aided in its ability to turn easily was to really tighten all the bolts. Tilt the plate to where it's as far back as it can go, opposite of tilting forward, then REALLY TIGHTEN THE BOLTS. I suggest having someone help lift and place the plate into the notches.

Great Fantastic Freestanding monitor stand
This is an amazing adjustable monitor stand. Easy to put together and use/ I actually like the large base and that it's a black glass. I have bought three of these to use with my AutoCAD projects with a large screen in the middle and two on the sides that these stands allow me to easily rotate into portrait position for everything else I use.

Well Designed, Sturdy Stand
Amazing stand: very sturdy, fairly straight forward to assemble, visually and functionally a nice upgrade and worth the resources. Fits my ultrawide monitor and workspace perfectly. Feels stable, reliable, and well designed overall. I appreciate the finish of the metal and components as well.

can u guess which one arrived used? spoilers: it's both
I ordered two "new" units and both appear to be used. one looks refurbished and the other looks like...someone tried their best. the "new" one on the right arrived with loose parts and bits, already cut and opened packaging (which explains the loose parts), every metal bit was torn up from loose repackaging, styrofoam was pretty much there for fun and not function. I didn't even bother assembling it. it looks too damaged/scratched up and I'm not fishing for loose parts that might not exist. fortunately a return is in progress the "fake-new" refurbished one on the left arrived with just one piece that appears to be slightly damaged, but compared to the other unit it's just a nit pick. I was impressed overall when assembled. it seems they replaced a previously silver-ish looking component that connected from the base in order to match the all black scheme, which I do appreciate. it holds my 27" monitor vertically very well. setup was simple, instructions were ok, holds well, tightens well, has fair adjustability, I like the base plate, looks surprisingly good overall I reluctantly recommend this because it does look good and it functions well, but hopefully quality control improves and the seller is more honest about used/returned/refurbished items instead of listing them as new and discounted. or I don't know...maybe get better at repackaging them as new? (this is mostly a joke) but I assume the reason my "new" package on the right arrived the way it did is because the previous buyer did a terrible job repacking and returning and whoever okayed the return and resell didn't want to bother repacking it properly either
