I just bought this item and plugged it all in and does not turn on what’s wrong?

If you didn’t already, try the button on lower outer edge of screen. Also just an FYI we’ve have two faulty cables replaced within the last 6 months. Get a spare.

Can this device connect to cash register?

You do not need a cash register cause that is what this is. If your talking about a drawer, yes, but has to be compatible
