So far so good, I’ve only been taking this a few weeks. My skin is extremely soft and some blemishes disappearing.

Obviously haven't been taking them long enough to speak of any results but I'm choosing these over the other version any day the perfect small little diddy things easy to throw down and il definitely be buying these ones if I see an actual improvement body wise but if you try you don't know but these bad boys over the huge clunky ones any day I've taken pics for size reference

Only been taking these for a few weeks, so not really noticed a difference as yet. Good value for money compared with other products, but only time will tell on their efficacy.

I've been taking these since September/October last year, these are tiny tablets. I had serious shoulder pain for years but after taking them the pain has gone! Absolute miracle, after having physio, massages and sports massages these have changed my life and saved me an absolute fortune! Just reordered my next lot and recommended these to so many people that are also struggling with menopause and premenopausal symptoms, especially when it comes to muscle and bone issues. Another added bonus is my hair is not falling out in clumps, skin and nails are much better too!!!

Bought this product to help with my complexion and skin moving forward into my early 40s. Turn 40 this year. Was optimistic but unfortunately they disagreed with me and had to stop. I took the recommended amount for 1 week and noticed my skin had already started to become softer and less blemished. I did feel happy looking at my face but around day four I started getting really bad stomach ache. I did an AI search and it said it was most likely the ingredients that wasn't the actually collegen that was upsetting my tummy. I really didn't want to stop them has i was seeing subtle improvements so I dropped the tablet to X1 a day for 3 days thinking the intensity of the X3 daily reccomendation could be to much for me personally. It didn't help. My stomach upset continued and after three days of just taking X1 I had to stop and not to be tempted I had to bin them. I couldn't choose vanity and insecurity over my stomach. It was a dull boaring pain that I couldn't shake. It completely dissagreed with me. AI mentioned a protein binder within the tablet for the college. Think this was what my stomach struggled to break down. It saddens me that I couldn't continue has I know they would have been the perfect healthy boost for me without going down any cosmetic routes. It was absolutely worth the try but wanted to be honest it wasn't for me. I would most likely try a drink collegen powder next but my stomach was way too sensitive so I'm not rushing into the next purchase just yet. Happy I tried. So I would say for the price and quality go for it. You never know. But it's back to the drawing board for me.

This is the second purchase I have made of these tablets. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste.

I have been taking these for 5 weeks now and have noted a difference in my hair loss. I have repurchased. I will be honest. I find these uncomfortable to swallow. Due to the shape. They have and do, get stuck in my throat. I do not usually struggle, even with large tablets. I would prefer if it were a capsule. Or a smoother tablet. Which is why I have rated 4 stars. There is no taste or after taste. I have been taking 2 per day, along side pumpkin seed oil capsules. Which has also been recommended for hair loss.
