Is this straight Bisacodyl like Magic Bullet or does it also have inactive ingredients like oil?

It says 'hard fat'. I didn't like these. They are probably one half or less the size of the ones I get from Walgreens

Expiration date is imprinted on the plastic at the end of the individual package. My recent purchase is imprinted and it says 03 2024

Are these water based, can you use these for long term like magic bullets?
