This was a great purchase. It is longer than many others that I researched. I have a couple and bought some to go with flags as gifts. It screws together very simply. no tools required. the swivel rings adjust to fit the flag and ensure that it doesn't get tangled. The mount is solid so you don't have to fear it cracking. Once mounted, it's not going anywhere.

My previous pole is made of aluminum and runoff from rain left ugly black stripe down the front of my house. It looked awful so I removed it and painted over the black stains, then purchased this stainless steel pole. No more black stains. I was concerned because it was not as rigid as the old one and bends in the wind, but that does not seem to be a problem. It looks great, shiny and new. The bracket is difficult to install on stucco, but worth it.

This is good but it still wants to wrap the flag up. I think if I reverse one of those clips and make it so the fastener screw is on the outside edges of the flag when installed I think that will solve the problem. Also the clips that come with the flag pole to fasten the flag aren't strong. After only being up a couple days, we had strong wind blow the flag around and it bent and broke one of those clips. Had one clip left that saved the flag but it was about to go too. I suggest replacing those with a couple of round keyrings you can buy at the hardware store. I did that and no more problems.

I like the screw on pieces, works great in up to 40 mph gusts. No rust and still sturdy after several months.

Easy to hang took only a few minutes and have the only flag I own up and blowing in the breeze

For the price, I’m impressed with the durability and versatility of this flagpole. I’ve had it outside almost a year, in all elements and extreme temperatures, and it has held up great. The segments make it easy to customize the length. Carabiners and the clips they’re attached to are durable and adjustable too, at least in the first year. It’s mostly plastic so I expect it to fail eventually, but for the price I’m happy with it.

The pole is very thin and will begin to rust quickly if left outside. Slight pressure from the flag pole holder will dent the rod sections. The plastic flag holders are total garbage. The plastic will not hold up outside because it will crack and the plastic tension sections will crack and come loose. You’re better off getting a wooden pole and some metal holders.would last longer if it’s for indoor use only.

This is been a great purchase as it is sturdy and fairly easy to install if you know your way around a screw gun. Had to put wood blocks behind the siding in the garage to screw into as the siding is fairly thin in this house. This product is doing an absolutely incredible job of outraging my conservative neighbors and the MAGA 45 cultists that drive by on the street. I’ve gotten equal parts compliments and cussing so far. I would say a small child or small minded person could safely hang from the pole by their hands without it coming loose. Particularly like the set screw that locks the pole into the fitting, pole can’t be removed without pliers if tightened down.

Just what i needed works great

Holds up my flag really well, the included screws snapped when I was screwing them in, but I blame the fact that I'm screwing them into hardwood. I probably should have pre-drilled.
