Got this to pair with motorcraft IAC cx1779, for my 02 Ford Taurus, and the IAC doesn't come with a new gasket. Fit perfectly.

Motorcraft seems to be the answer!
*** REVIEW of Motorcraft CG765 Gasket ***I have a 2001 Mercury Sable with the DOHC motor. When the IAC fails, the car's idle begins to oscillate between 800-1300RPM, worse when it's from cold start. I've tried a few from the retail stores, but my experience has been that the aftermarket IAC's are pretty poor quality. They may last a few weeks or even a few months, but they quickly begin to degrade and eventually fade back to useless.I paired the Motorcraft CX1779 Idle Air Control Motor with this Motorcraft CG765 Gasket in late May, and it's still working properly.*** Further review after more use will follow, especially if it begins to fail. No news is good news. ***

Used with the Motorcraft CX1791 Idle Air Control Valve
Used on 1999 Ford Explorer "Limited" 4x4 4.0L SOHC engine. Perfect fit. Looked exactly like the OEM version.I used this in conjunction with replacing the Idle Air Control Valve. I replaced the IAC with Motorcraft CX1791 Valve. All of my idle issues are now gone. The Motorcraft CX1791 Valve does NOT come with a replacement gasket, so if you want to replace the gasket when you replace the IAC, make sure to order this gasket.
