Is the keyboard actually a uk layout? just as i've seen that on the razer website, it says that it is a uk layout although they don't show any pics.

The Amazon image is the keyboard layout. However, scrolling down, the manufacturer's image of the keyboard incorrectly shows the Enter key and left-hand Shift key.

Is this version the green or yellow switches?

These are Yellow - only available in UK layout I'd recommend Green switches for typing, the tactile bump is better suited to typing. Green's are only available in US layout, not a big deal if your used to Mac style keyboards (works fine on Mac BTW, can swap the LHS modifiers to Mac Caps)

Does this come with a usb dongle?

Yes it comes with one inside a clip on the underside of the keyboard.
