I recently bought this keyboard to replace my original defective one, and I’m very satisfied with it. The replacement process was straightforward and easy to install. It works perfectly, and the backlight feature is a nice bonus, especially in low-light conditions. Overall, a great replacement keyboard and excellent value.

Pics in the listing show OEM part numbers on labels. Keyboard received had no labeling. Keystrokes feel slightly different compared to OEM, but functional Backlight LEDs show around/under keys brighter than through the translucent characters For the low cost, I'm pretty happy with it and was able to revive my laptop to functionality

Spilled coca cola on my laptop and gave this a try and my problem was solved. I was having issues with my keys due to the syrup so I gave this a shot and it worked. Cleaned with water no alcohol and it all worked out beautifully. Item arrived pretty fast and I am very satisfied with the keyboard and my back up battery.

This keyboard will NOT fit the Dell Latitude 5470. The main data and backlight cables are way too short. It also had two additional cables to the left of the other two. God only knows what they are for. They are also NOT in a spot where you can slip them thru to the motherboard like the other two cables. Consequently and end up jamming the keyboard and not allowing it to seat properly. I wish Amazon would allow none or negative amounts of stars in their reviews. If numbers were allowed this part would get a negative 10 (-10). This was not an installer error, I work in IT and have done many of these repairs. Also even if this keyboard fit, you would need to hack up the OEM Dell cover that goes over the keyboard to accommodate the "Track ball" that I think was last used on laptops in 1910 or so. Avoid this seller and avoid this brand. Total Junk.

Perfect fit

I bought my laptop a few months ago used, and was at work and spilled my drink on it by accident. it worked but the keys were sticky. order this replacement, watched a quick video on youtube and go to replacing it. Pretty easy replacement and the new keyboard works perfect.

Replaced in Aug and it already stopped working 6 months later. The arrow keys while defiantly used alot failed in a on state sending a down arrow signal all the time overloading the processor essentially making the system unusable.
