For kitten only
Very adapted as first litter for kittens only until 3 months. My kittens are blind, they needed open small litter and it was PURRfect! I don't understand why they rate low when the size is clearly mentioned.

Better for kittens!
When I opened this I was disappointed. The tray had very low sides so could not put much litter in, and it was very easy for my cat to kick litter over the sides which defeated the reason I bought this. Would be better for kittens learning to toilet train.

All you need
Thank god I brought this - we got a large litter box from our kitten and we grabbed this as a safety measure... the large was way too big for her so luckily we had this one to fall back on. It's nice and simple, it does it job rather well but do be warned Litter is likely to go flying if you dont have a cover so makes sure you have some newspaper on hand.

Great kitten litter tray
Great little litter tray for my kittens. It’s the same size as their mums but a lot shallower and was perfect for them to learn to use. They always use it now, a few accidents on the curtains but since I tied the curtains out of the way they now use their litter tray perfectly.

You don't need anything else for a kitten - perfect. You'll need to get a bigger, deeper one eventually.
