Two year review
It's been almost exactly two years since we bought and professionally installed this sink during a kitchen remodel. Every once in a while, you find a product that delivers on its promises. This Ruvati 30" sink is one such joy. We considered much more expensive models from Kohler, Nantucket Sinks, Elkay, and Delta, as well as Krauss. We were actually suspicious of Ruvati because of it's relatively lower price (in 2023 it was $379; as of this review it's listed at $412) -- and all the 'toys' that were included. We purchased the model with the drain on one end (rather than center hole). It is designed with angled creases that send water toward the drain. It is relatively easy to clean, with rounded corners, though the bottom grate legs provide shelter for the stray piece of food flotsam. It is well insulated for noise and feels solid. The extra parts included make day-to-day use more convenient. The expandable drying rack is very practical beyond 'drying'. The drain skimmer is well designed. There is also an attractive drain cover plate that hides the drain itself. Pretty, though we don't use it. The wooden cutting board, while of quality, sit on a counter closer to the stove; there's only so much stuff you can put over a sink. After two years, normal wear & tear aside, it looks as good as the day it was installed.

polarizing?
My wife hates it and I love it. So, maybe it's not for everyone. She doesn't care for the design, but I find it quite attractive and functional. The add-on things like the drying rack and cutting board are good quality, but the drying rack could benefit from thicker steel. The sink quality seems very good. I would buy again without hesitation.

Highest quality sink
I cannot say enough positive things about my Ruvati sinks. ( Yes plural!). We bought one for our kitchen remodel and it does not disappoint. The materials and construction are higher quality than the brands carried at the local kitchen stores and big box stores. We love the add- on features like the colander and bowl. The stainless steel folding drying rack is the best, though, for handwash items. We loved our kitchen sink so much, that when we gave a facelift to our laundry room we replaced our laundry sink with a Ruvati. I recommend it highly.

Generous size, great look.
Beautiful sink. Quiet, not cranky. Easy to wipe clean. Good design and accessories. So far, no scratches at all.

Awesome workhorse!
We redid our kitchen and I decided to go with a sink that really just gets the job done- the rest of our kitchen is much more high end but wanted to go with something that gets the job done. This is an excellent price point and came with lots of extras that we actually use. I love having the drying rack over the sink, it's so useful to get stuff off the counter next to the sink and allows drips to go right into it. The protective grate is good to keep it from scratching (although it still will scratch, it's stainless steal but not scratch resistant and you just have to embrace that). Having the cutting board is less useful for me, as I don't typically cut on the sink, but having the option is nice and the cutting board itself is thick and a good add to my collection. All in all, super happy with this sink.

Looks great and has a solid feel
Recently installed this sink in a new kitchen remodel. it looks and functions great. Has a good solid look and feel. So far it has been easy to maintain and wipe down. Sound deadening material around the sink works very well. I would recommend it if you are looking for a new undermount sink.

This is the coolest sink!!!
We redid our kitchen countertops so we changed our sinks at the same time. Boy am I glad we did! I love this sink! Love that it is a single bay sink so it’s easy to wash big items like cookie sheets. I love how deep it is for washing pots, etc. I also love how functional it is with the addition of the drying rack, cutting board, and colander (that I purchased separately). I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the rack in the bottom, but we have loved it too. The only negative is that I have noticed scratches and my countertop guy didn’t account for the cutting boards when he cut the countertops so the cutting boards that came with it didn’t fit. Luckily I had bought a smaller same brand sink for the island and I was able to swap the cutting boards. Overall this is the coolest and most useful sink I’ve ever had!

Lots to love, some to hate
Things to love: I love the size! Even my largest pans and baking sheets fit in the bottom making them a breeze to clean!! I love the drain grate and cutting board which fit in the top! I didn't think I'd use the cutting board,, but i use it all the time!! Things to hate: I love the way this sink looked out of the box! Unfortunately, it is not at all scratch resistant! Keeping the grate in the bottom mostly prevents scratches (make sure silverware doesn't fall through!) but that makes it hard to clean, especially since the angled floor is not enough to encourage efficient draining. Plan to spend plenty of time cleaning and wiping! These two things keep it from being a five star item.. Just a suggestion, before you ever use it the first time, super glue the drain grate pieces into the rubber end caps or plan to spend a lot of time putting it back together every time you lift it out to wipe it down. Once glued, I love this feature!!
